REGISTRATION INFORMATION

* Early registration can only be completed by paying the registration fee in advance till 31 July 2016.

All the authors allowed to submit only one abstract/paper/poster.

One registration fee includes only one abstract/paper/poster presentation. Thus our registration system doesn't allow submission of second abstract/paper/poster. In order to submit abstract/paper/poster you have to register with another e-mail that you use frequently. Then you can submit your second abstract/paper/poster. Please don't forget to register with another e-mail address for each abstract/paper/poster you would like to upload to the system. Each abstract/paper/poster is subject to registration fee.

Every author needs to register for the conference in order to attend to the conference. At least one of the authors of abstract/paper/poster should register and attend the the conference.

Participants from Turkey will pay the registration fee to TL account.

The registration fee includes (Regular and Student):

• Participation in all sessions
• Wireless Internet Connection
• Coffee breaks
• Program booklet (for regular/student participants),
• Participation Certificate
• Abstract Book and Conference Proceedings will be published in ICAT'16 WEB site after the Conference is completed.
